TRANSITION TO ADULTHOOD EVENT - THURSDAY 27TH FEBRUARY 2020

Free information day run by Cheshire West and Chester Information, Advice and Support Service on Thursday 27th February from 9.15am - 2.30pm at Ellesmere Port Civic Hall, Civic Way, Ellesmere Port, CH65 0AZ.

This day aims to support parents and carers of young people with Special Educational Needs &/or Disabilities aged 13 to 25 to think about the journey towards becoming an adult. This can be a confusing time and we will be telling you about what you can expect from this transition from year 9 onwards.

There will be market place stands and the opportunity to talk to staff from a wide range of agencies, services, colleges and charities that may be able to help you.  There will also be variety of workshops covering a wide range of topics.

THE AUTISM HUB

The Autism Hub voluntary group is now based at Greenbank School and is open every Wednesday to provide support for parents and families with children with ASD.

They also provide training opportunities for both professionals and families.
